• Responsible for creating visual displays to promote merchandise of various brands • Use design skills, props, and develop color stories to create aesthetic exhibits • Create design plans and research current lifestyle trends to appeal to target customers • Interact with sales representatives to understand each brand’s DNA, product trends, customer behaviors and merchandising standards • Educate retail staff on merchandising standards and selling techniques • Process all return to vendor requests and manage inventory
