• Designer for young contemporary, missy, and jr. lines of both in-house and private label manufacturing • Complete design development from initial market research and sourcing, to final garment presentation • Maintains a current knowledge of trending themes, new concepts and contributes inspiration daily • Works closely with sales team for account follow-up, developments, and meeting prep • Active participant in fit sessions and bulk approvals • Integral member of a design team that caters to key accounts including Nordstrom, Macy's, TJX, Ross Stores, Forever 21, Tilly's, Fashion Nova, Lord & Taylor, Stitch Fix, and Zulily among others

Designed for both young missy and junior labels sold to retailers including Dillard's, Pacsun, Ross Stores, Beall's Outlet, Styles for Less, and Charlotte Russe, • Successfully oversaw F/W and S/S lines from initial concepts to final presentation • Oversaw photo shoots and all styling and merchandising pertaining to seasonal look books • Managed a small team of assistant designers and interns daily • Involved in all fittings, lab-dip, and strike-off approvals • Participated in all sales meetings and follow-up developments
