Linje Studio was founded by Arild Dietrichson, on the premises of sharing his vast multi-disciplinary design experience, business acumen and zest for the endless opportunities his collaborations have generated. Line builder and Brand Strategic Manager for all Triple T Outdoor brands providing business leadership in customer/client relations,
resource planning, project management, process improvement, fiscal responsibility, and design business leadership and excellence.
• Established and implemented a coherent brand design blueprint across client’s performance and life style ranges that contributed
to 35% immediate year-over-year sales growth.
• Salvaged 65% of under-performing, behind-schedule million-dollar product investments for $18M product line. Redefined the
brand focus, mapped out a new path, renewed confidence, and positioned the brand for success with new product strategy.
• Worked directly with all Asian contacts, included extensive travel overseas directing the manufacturing and development logistics
with new and existing agents.

DIRECTOR OF DESIGN

Directed all design strategies and development with Vida Shoes Int. $450M brand umbrella for Rev Run, Russell and Kimora Lee Simmons.
• Pioneered one of the company’s most successful product launches with Pastry Footwear, reaching $50M in sales in only 3 years.
• Created a new foundation that improved business, budget, and performance planning, including new policy development critical
to the progress of the organization’s position in the marketplace and increased 28% top-line growth.
• Established and grew new retail relationships by 85%; secured repeat business in 95% of all engagements.

Spearheaded strategic design initiatives targeting lost business with US Urban Accounts and the Basketball category.
• Spearheaded a new premium sub brand ‘adidas Remix’ partnering with key urban accounts forming a new $100M category.
• Collaborated regularly with iconic Adidas athletes to create industry-leading signature designs: Tracy McGrady, Kevin Garnett, Tim Duncan, Gilbert Arenas, and Chauncey Billups.
• Assumed lead creative role in attracting, pitching and winning new business for adidas in the US and Asian market.

Drove the creative and professional development of the Business Development design team working strictly with adidas' US Key Accounts.
• Strategically redefined design process, set product vision and creative direction for the SL-Running $50M program.
• Creative lead on building the Tennis Lifestyle department's business from “$0” to $40M in repeat business within two seasons.
• Designed the key product (Dejada) that generated $20 million in sales and secured the foundation for annual repeat business.

FOOTWEAR DESIGN MANAGER

• Ran multiple programs concurrently with sole Profit and Loss responsibility, negotiated and managed projects in excess of $600K.
• Created and presented winning proposals totaling $1 million in new business. Creative lead on the SONICARE Toothbrush.
