-Perform and review inventory transfers, filling web store and retail inventory and advising those necessary on restocks. Investigate issues regarding UPC's, 3PL receiving and over or under shipments.


Operations 

-Executed a lead role in driving business sales and increasing brand awareness by serving as the consumers primary point of contact through email, phone, and live chat.
-product education and selection, warranty inquiries, billing and payments and general questions around the consumer’s needs.
-Cross Functionally works with the Consumer Direct E-commerce and Flagship Store teams to share knowledge, training, and customer feedback to guide brand strategy insights, in addition to increasing brand awareness, customer acquisition, conversion and net sales.
-Mentorship with Account Specialists for the west coast retail and DTC stores for Burton


I oversaw the packaging department under the CEO, I got product ready and made sure that the product going out was under quality control.
