• Support marketing as needed for images 
• Create assets for editorial editing team
• Create & maintain style guide
• Edit, color correct In-house studio photography, vendor and stock images for homepage imagery. 
• Edit model and product imagery and then composite in original and/or stock backgrounds for homepage imagery. 
• Maintain home page image files organized and accessible.

Editorial Photo Editor

• Support the business by preparing and sending artwork to suppliers and assess/ approve all printed and art related strike-offs. 
• Create color ways and make print amendments as needed. 
• Maintain and leverage industry knowledge of print processes & share with business partners. Review printing issues, making recommendations to achieve successfully execution. 
• Manage development and production timelines to insure deadlines are met. Maintain production artwork files organized and accessible.

Print Technician

• Create presentations and catalogs for sales teams. 
• Develop, design, produce and manipulate artwork for apparel sold at national retail stores by accurately tracking trends, creating color pallets and branding. 
• Communicate with international production facilities regarding quality and accuracy of printed samples for upcoming product lines. 
• Implemented the use of an online based project management system for better communication with freelance designers.

Senior Graphic Designer

• Design/ re-design, color correcting/ matching, image editing and dieline creation for displays at tradeshows, conventions, hotels/casinos, such as MAGIC & MGM Grand. 
• Manage, maintain and adhere to production schedule by creating better communication between departments and producing solutions for enhancing workflow. 
• Supervise/ direct and train production artists in execution and completion of digital print files. 
• Communicate with clients regarding print capabilities and design development. 
• Knowledge & use of color profiles & multiple rip systems dependent on specific printers.
