• Own and manage business relationships with multiple national accounts from online to brick-and-mortar stores selling footwear, apparel, and gear to drive sales from season to season in all categories. • Develop and execute a multi-year business plan in conjunction with Brand, Marketing, and Sport Category teams for each to drive sell-in and sell-through. • Closely manage and secure an order book that is entered and delivered on time and in full while adhering to internal policies and customer expectations. • Work closely with the demand planning team to ensure a clear and concise forecast to secure an accurate level of inventory per season/category. • Manage customer P&L, ensuring cost lines are managed and reduced to agreed target levels. • Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams and regularly update key stakeholders on business progress.
