I’m a multi-disciplinary creative director with 2 decades of experience elevating brands and leading creative teams to success. I’m passionate about design and technology, tirelessly enthusiastic, and recognized for effectively motivating and inspiring cross-disciplinary teams to create influential work that captures audiences and secures footholds in new markets.

Providing industry insight, strategy, and creative direction for Merrell, CAT Footwear, and other outdoor lifestyle brands. Services include branding and identity, positioning, integrated campaigns, and packaging.

Set the creative vision and led the design of an outdoor equipment line for Bear Grylls. Guided the brand positioning and spearheaded the product focus, to–market strategy and retail program. Designed packaging and collateral, and oversaw the design of the retail displays and signage systems. Grew and inspired the graphic and industrial design teams and instituted an internal, responsive design infrastructure, to achieve company goals and objectives.

Creative Director

Mentored and inspired JStoke’s multi-disciplinary design team. Responsibilities included delivering strategic approaches and innovative creative work across legal, healthcare, real estate and franchise service industries. Lead the agency’s positioning and rebranding efforts, resulting in growth and expansion into new markets. Helped create approaches for new business development and strengthened key relationships that promoted the agency as a trusted strategic partner to clients.

Associate Creative Director

Worked as a creative design consultant for action sports and outdoor industry clients, with a focus on brand positioning and strategy, user experience, retail and product design.

Creative Director (Freelance/Contract)

As creative lead at the helm of Triple Aught Design’s brand initiatives, I oversaw all design projects and provided direction across consumer campaigns, website, retail store experience, packaging, events, and product collateral. Produced and directed remote location-based shoots for brand and product campaigns.

Art Director

Worked as an art director and designer with a diverse set of clients and agencies throughout the U.S. and Asia to conceptualize, design and prototype around brand and consumer experiences, with a focus on branding and identity, integrated campaigns, UX / UI and product design. Broad industry expertise with concentrations in action sports, outdoor, retail, e-commerce and consumer packaged goods.

Played a key role in transitioning the company through a change in corporate direction. Provided vision and leadership across a global team of designers, researchers and technologists. Responsible for ensuring Roundtree’s wide range of capabilities were equally grounded in creativity, innovation and human empathy.

Design Director (Contract)

Oversaw the development of adventure travel product lines for JanSport. Worked collaboratively with the design team and manufacturers throughout Asia to develop prototyping through production-ready products. Responsible for product spec packs, technical illustrations, prototyping, quality control, color and trim development.


Product Developer ll

Managed the agency’s projects, while acting as a liaison between account services, the creative team, external partners and vendors. Supervised the on-time, orderly flow of all advertising and collateral jobs from initiation through final production. Developed and implemented agency-wide workflow standards, oversaw the creative team’s schedules and assisted with the quality control of production work, proofing, prepress and press checks.
