A passionate and loyal Active Ride Shop store manager of 8 years, running three different locations.  I am experienced in successfully managing a retail sales team to achieve company sales goals, overseeing weekly payroll, reports and merchandising.  I have also hosted several events to better connect the company to the local communities.  

Responsible for communicating between the corporate staff and sales team to ensure all operations ran smoothly.  Made sure my staff was aware of daily/weekly goals and were doing the most possible to achieve those goals.  Planned events to better connect with the community and our customer base.  Responsible for mostivating/inspiring my team to build depth within my store.  All of this was achieved while upholding the quality customer service that Active Ride Shop is known for.
