Creative & Design

•	Designed & developed 6 initial lash styles for the brand working with overseas factories for on-time production & maintained high quality standards. 
•	Design & Development of the ecommerce website www.mademoisellelash.com to generate sales for the company.
•	Manage all digital marketing initiatives focusing on social media campaigns including but not limited to influencer & celebrity outreach, viral marketing campaigns, PPC advertising via Facebook Ads & Google AdWords as well as management of the email marketing campaigns.
•	Managed SEO strategies to increase traffic to mademoisellelash.com including but not limited to SEO copywriting, link building campaigns & management of the brand’s blog focusing on makeup and cosmetics topics.  


• Reports directly to the VP of Sourcing and Production to analyze and evaluate annual sales and operational goals including but
not limited to forecasting, factory allocation, brand evaluation and internal processes for effective management.
• Develop apparel & accessories, recommend materials and construction techniques that meet Design expectations and meet or
exceed predetermined gross margin targets
• Oversees Technical Design team and other cross functional team members and advise on modifications. Provide call-outs and
critiques to verify that all issues are identified
• Overseas and Domestic Vendor Management to ensure proper execution of all design, fabric and style development, SMS and
production are on time and maintain the highest quality standards set by the company.
• Negotiate all factory and brand pricing on behalf of the company to ensure financial targets are met while maintaining design
integrity.
• Continuously research, improve and develop products, fabrics, and trims by sourcing

Account Manager

•	Collaborate with Brand Partners (including but not limited to DC Shoes, Hurley, Oakley, Weedmaps, Rob Dyrdek), Design, Production, Key Account Manager and Logistics team throughout the production development to SMS production.
•	Overseas vendor management of the design & development process through to Salesman Samples and maintain the dates of the development calendar.
•	Negotiate costs to achieve financial targets while maintaining design integrity.
•	Utilizing multiple brand partner platforms such as SAP, SNC, Tradecard, PLM, and NGC to ensure on time development and SMS production. 
•	Worked closely with brand partner marketing teams to create unique and innovative marketing experiences


Global Sourcing Coordinator/Product Developer

• Designed & developed 7 women’s contemporary sportswear collections focusing on eco-friendly and natural fabrics.
• Managed domestic product development for all collection including domestic factory, fabric & trim vendors.
• Design & Development of the website www.annieandjade.com as well as all social media for the brand.
• Managed a Public Relations team focused on garnering media cover through celebrity endorsements, fashion magazine editorials
and fashion presentations for each collection.
• Managed the planning and execution of all marketing collateral creatives such as photoshoot and fashion video shoots.

Creative Director/Owner

• Designed and Developed new styles for Spring ’13 
• Technical Pack creation & revisions for Men’s Fall 2012 & Spring 2013 collections

•	Design & development of their Women’s Apparel Collection including but not limited to clothing, accessories & headwear
•	Design concept development, attend buyer meeting presentations, and assisted in Annual Sales Conference 
•	Technical Sketching assist in fittings, fabric & color swatch approvals for Women’s accessories and apparel
•	Collaborated closely with merchandising, graphic design and production teams to produce on-time development and delivery of women’s collections
•	 Developed initial technical sketches, technical packs, sales presentation, line sheets, collection overview and print pattern manipulation. 


Women's Apparel Designer

* Develop comprehensive local online media strategy to meet each agency’s marketing objectives.
* Assemble site consideration set and make recommendations on how to best allocate agency advertising budgets; utilizing media research tools, internal resources and industry/market knowledge.
* Develop and issue RFPs to local media publishers; gather and analyze proposals to determine media selections, negotiate rates & positioning as required.
* Develop final media plan recommendation and assist Sales Directors in presenting the recommendation to the client.
* Facilitate order processing and approval of media insertions.   Oversee and monitor ongoing campaign performance, ensuring campaigns are executed properly and according to client expectations.
* Assist Campaign Management team in strategic analysis of campaigns and provide recommendations for future media plans.
* Foster and manage ongoing relationships with both agency clients and local media publishers.
