I held a variety of positions as a business analyst using database ERP software packages, SQL querying for reporting and analysis of data. This experience allowed me to fully understand the roles of teams in software and other product development lifecycles, and to interact effectively with clients to understand their needs and to communicate to them, the product specifics that they were looking for. I led projects that implemented new and existing software systems, created detailed specs for functional and technical teams, revised and distributed product documentation, user and training manuals, and other enhancements. Strong suites such as Peoplesoft, Oracle, Raiser's Edge, and Windows Office products. Also, some smaller packages for bug tracking, scrum/agile planning, and technical writing.
