Product Developer – Men’s and Women’s Technical Outerwear/Men’s Performance wear ?Manage the development process of company product lines (Shells, Fleece, Sportswear). ?Plan and track the development schedule of product to ensure timely completion following the predetermined product development calendar. ?Ensure execution of fit intent and fit consistency through analysis, documentation, communication, and adherence to fit standards. ?Create the specifications, publish and maintain all records, style files, and samples associated with product. ?Interact with Product Director, Product Manager, Design and Quality Assurance to ensure product technical details and assure the accuracy and integrity of product performance claims.
