Role
* Set and execute a modern, creative, data-driven marketing brand strategy that supports key objectives and drives omni-channel brand awareness, engagement and sales.
* Create organizational structure: recruit, manage, and develop best-in-class teams built on a culture that champions bold ideas, innovation, and forward-thinking
* Lead calendar, go-to-market strategies, product campaigns, in-store activations, brand storytelling, communications, PR, social media, influencer, partnerships, collabs, community-building, and events
* Establish, monitor, and refine all key business and marketing KPIs for optimal performance
* Partner with cross-functional departments to synchronize and synergize brand initiatives
* Maximize performance of sales and marketing programs to drive brand awareness, traffic, engagement, and growth
* Lead all aspects of content, social media, and influencer strategies to ensure brand and customer experience alignment
* Drive new customer acquisition through world-class brand storytelling, content, and marketing funnel optimization
* Identify growth opportunities and drive channel optimization
* Evolve strategies based on consumer insights, shopping behavior, market trends, competitor analysis, and new technologies
* Oversee content conceptualization, creation and brand messaging for multi-channel use
* Develop and execute a framework for brand partnerships and collaborations to drive hype, brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales
* Contribute advances in new products, product lines, categories, and their go-to-market strategies
* Relentless focus on connecting the dots to maximize brand impact
* Digest, synthesize, and leverage information across the business to inform decisions, turn ideas into broader campaigns, and help functional teams drive greater impact in their day-to-day roles
* Work with finance to formulate, allocate, and manage brand P&L
* Set sales forecasts and hit monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets
* Lead global expansion strategies into Europe, Asia, and South America
