Integrated Marketing: Developed and maintained company-wide integrated marketing communications collateral, websites, and promotional campaigns. Strategized and executed global PR efforts, hosting dozens of renowned travel journalists annually. Directed all marketing efforts focusing on design, email marketing, social media, B2B and B2C events, and digital marketing targeting key demographics.

Leadership Experience: Built and led a team of seven direct reports, two external PR agencies (Victoria King Public Relations and Perowne International), and various third-party partners to achieve marketing objectives. Developed and managed annual marketing budget.

Product Launch: Developed the strategy and executed marketing product launch plans for new property openings including Rio Palena Lodge (Chilean Patagonia), Cedar Lodge (New Zealand), Eleven Homes (Global Collection), and Kingfisher Heli (British Columbia).

Product Development: Leveraged product management experience and deep understanding of target market to create seasonal product line strategy. Formed design, development, and production team.

Marketing Strategy: Implemented marketing strategy including the assembly of a network of key influencers and brand ambassadors. Personally created product positioning and brand copy. Assembled graphic and web design team to deliver collateral consistent with the company’s vision.
