EV-MODS was launched to meet the needs of enthusiasts hungry for electric vehicle aftermarket parts. EV MODS LLC. www.ev-mods.com is a ecommerce marketplace that runs on Shopify and is a drop-ship only business serviced by Turn 14 Distribution and other wholesale distributors. EV-MODS serves as an excellent test-bed for software applications A-B testing and marketing innovations before launching for other Brands that I represent. Current scale requires less than an hour a week to maintain. 

Rebuilt the marketing department by clearly defining roles, developing SOP’s and empowering the right people in their best roles. Changed marketing culture from COVID era, that had no department leadership. Develop meaningful KPI’s. Regained control of omnichannel marketing from 3rd parties. Launched B2B marketing programs to lead company into multichannel sales. Managed a team of 7 as well as personally oversee all META based marketing.
