Hired first for video, which led to management of performance marketing, growth hacking, design, user experience initiatives. Even in a company with several PhDs on staff, I naturally earned the title of "Top Bug Finder" several times.

Managed a creative team, lead projects around understanding our audience through online media. Created a new department for this award-winning National Geographic/ PBS production company. - Created new outreach & engagement opportunities - Feature film production - Scripted, produced and edited web series - R&D for GoPro's first flat port underwater housing

Director, Media Arts program

2008 – 2010

Helped form the Digital Media Academy, starting at Woodward PA, into what would become a large segment for this world-class action sports company. - Launched a whole new camp experience from the ground up, alongside 2 other Woodward alums. - Created the educational curriculum for Video Production camp. - Taught 8-20 students each week. - Seeded program from Pennsylvania campus to other Woodward locations - Promoted camper engagement in film, video & photography
