• Answered the ongoing creative needs of the DIRECTV LATAM Creative Group HQ
• Managed the creative needs of the non-profit organization FORCE BLUE
• 2018 - Led the branding development for PFL, including a new identity and brand
system, sales materials, presentations, in-arena graphics, digital ads, SM ads, brand
guidelines, and playoff-specific executions. After deploying the new branding, PFL's
growth was noticeable. PFL's viewership grew by more than 50% in 2022 over the previous year, with a global reach of over 160 countries. In particular,
PFL streaming viewership went up 35% in 2022.

Andrés was responsible for transforming the company's design capabilities into a
cohesive design department. He developed methods and structures that enabled
the department to offer a comprehensive range of services that complemented the company's existing offerings.
• Developed a multi-year growth plan for the department, including new team member hires, training, skill acquisition, and service offerings
• Recruited and oversaw the hiring of new team members and contractors, including revamping the design team after the pandemic period
