Andrés founded DREGOS in 2017 to provide innovative solutions to various clients and organizations. The company offers a range of services, including identity and branding
development, graphics and art direction, strategy and production, and more. Some
revered clients that DREGOS has worked with include FORCE BLUE, a national nonprofit
organization focused on conservation; SAZERAC, a leading spirits company;
DIRECTV LATAM; and The Professional Fighters League (PFL). The company is proud of its
successes and the positive impact it has had on these organizations.

•  Answered the ongoing creative needs of the DIRECTV LATAM Creative Group HQ
•  Managed the creative needs of the non-profit organization FORCE BLUE
•  2018 - Led the branding development for PFL, including a new identity and brand
system, sales materials, presentations, in-arena graphics, digital ads, SM ads, brand
guidelines, and playoff-specific executions. After deploying the new branding, PFL's
growth was noticeable. PFL's viewership grew by more than 50% in 2022 over the previous year, with a global reach of over 160 countries. In particular,
PFL streaming viewership went up 35% in 2022.
•  Participated as a public speaker at AAF LEX - Interactive Social 5 in Spring 2019

Andrés was responsible for transforming the company's design capabilities into a
cohesive design department. He developed methods and structures that enabled
the department to offer a comprehensive range of services that complemented the company's existing offerings.

•  Developed a multi-year growth plan for the department, including new team member hires, training, skill acquisition, and service offerings
•  Recruited and oversaw the hiring of new team members and contractors, including revamping the design team after the pandemic period
•  Led and managed the design team during the COVID-19 pandemic,
including developing schedules and structures for the on-call designer and improving workflow for long and short-term projects.
•  Assisted the project management team in the development and implementation of a new Project Management System

•  Conducted performance reviews for team members on a triannual basis
•  Led bi-weekly status team meetings and presented department reports
to management
•  Participated in client presentations and work reviews, as well as new business pitches
•  Mentored and guided young creative teams
•  Developed the UI for the Woodford Reserve online store
•  Collaborated on and led the design of a new national SIKA campaign for print and digital media
•  Led and oversaw the re-branding of Neighborhood House, a 125-year-old institution.
•  Advised the local NPR affiliate on ways to improve their newsletters which led to increased member engagement and readership
•  Oversaw the creation of digital spots for KNOW HOMELESSNESS
•  2021-22 - Led the branding development of the KNOW HOMELESSNESS Campaign-- a complex multi-channel effort with a $500K budget. Partners reported that
fundraising doubled within the first 12 months after the launch.

Design Director

As Creative Director, Andrés assumed various responsibilities, including managing and reviewing digital and print work, mentoring and leading the creative team, recruiting and hiring new team members, and maintaining strong client relationships. He also
supported account and project management teams in managing production timelines,
workflow, and assignments.

• Acted as a point person for managing several client relationships and their creative needs
• Oversaw the hiring of freelance contractors and external vendors
• Served as creative lead in overseeing several national and international photo shoots
for clients, including the Cayman Islands, the State of Connecticut, and API
• Assisted in the recruitment and hiring process
• Mentored and led a team of designers, art directors, editors, writers, developers, and freelancers
• Collaborated and assisted in creating and delivering pitches and presentations for national and international clients.
• 2014 - Help land and brand the Human Brain project, an EU project that includes over
500 scientists and engineers at over 140 universities, teaching hospitals, and research centers across Europe. The project, with a budget of over a billion Euros,
aims to understand the human brain better.

Creative Director

As a critical team member, Andrés was responsible for managing and developing clients'
creative needs, such as; advertising campaigns, branding and identity systems, web
design and digital ads, assets creation, event branding, motion graphics direction, and the design of print materials such as ads, signage, event programs, collateral, OOH, bus
wraps, and packaging layouts. Andrés prides himself on delivering exceptional results across various creative projects.

• Collaborated with a diverse team of copywriters, editors, animators, developers,
and illustrators on a range of projects, including print ads, websites, tv spots,
presentation materials, collateral, and event materials
• Managed international photo shoots for the Cayman Islands
• Worked with account managers and upper management to create and produce pitch materials such as presentations and creative concepts
• Assisted in the management and supervision of the creative team, including project
timelines, budget estimation, and overseeing freelance and external vendors
• Developed the branding and marketing materials for the inaugural Cayman Jazzfest,
including the event mark, collateral materials such as event program and signage, and motion graphics

Lead Designer/Art Director

As a skilled graphic designer, Andrés developed a strong track record of delivering
high-quality and highly creative work on tight deadlines. His responsibilities included
creating a wide range of materials such as print ads, resizing, OOH, signage design, logo
design, brochure layout, digital ads, presentation decks, B2B mailers, interactive design,
concept development, signage, and providing graphic design support to art directors and other marketing teams.

• Assisted art directors in concept development for advertising campaigns, branding, creating
TV boards, typography, illustrations, visual assets gathering, and assets development.
• Served as lead designer for TLG digital team
• Led the development of multiple website projects, including UI concepts for the successful Cayman Islands H2GO Campaign pitch.
• Led designer of the print campaign for the MLB Authentic apparel line launch, including
the award-winning "Wash separately" OOH billboard
