WELCOME!  I am currently the Sr. HR Generalist for PEARL iZUMi where I am responsible for full-cycle HR.  I am passionate about the outdoor industry, the work I do, and using the products we create. Areas of focus: 
-Full-cycle HR
-Act as a business partner for recruiting 
-Develop and implement employee training programs
-Lead a formal performance management program
-Ensure legal compliance
-FMLA, Worker's Comp
-Promote an inclusive culture and employee engagement
-Facilitate the employee wellness program 
-Supervise the Receptionist
-Assist with Facility Management
-Assist, when needed, with Payroll and Benefits  
-Member of the Green Team, Sustainability Team and Safety Committee 



Sr. HR Generalist

- Assistant to the Human Resources Team
- Run the front office and PI showroom 
- Coordinate logistics for outside dealer meetings
- Coordinate employee engagement events
- Facilitate the employee wellness program
