Marketing Events Coordinator | 05/2020 - 10/2022
As the Marketing / Event Coordinator at New River Harley-Davidson, I was responsible for all of the Dealership Marketing. I was able to grow the Social Media follow base up by
80%. I was responsible for all Posting daily, Content, Photos and Events. I posted daily
new Merchandise, New Bikes and kept track of our Inventory as it came in. I was also the Point of contact for all of the events be it the Dealership events or outsourcing our
Dealership for companies to have their events held at New River. I was responsible for
coordinating food, transportation if needed, set up, volunteers, Food, and Entertainment. On Average, our events would have between 100-300 attendees. I built
up our Sales numbers as well for the Dealerships Motorclothes department as well as help
bolster Motorcycle sales. With posting and Advertising. The Social Media platforms are
Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, Twitter, YouTube and Tik Tok. My posts on
average for Google Business would attain at least 20,000-55,000 views in a month time
frame. The events I coordinated would reach out to on average 3,000 Viewers. I also
worked closely with our instore departments, such as Parts, Sales and Motorclothes. We
were on the smaller side with only 15 -20 employees. Computer programs used were
Microsoft Office, Microsoft word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, Gmail, Google also the DX-1
Website builder as I also Managed the Dealerships Website as well. Busy phones. Also
New River has a in house New Rider Riding Academy, I worked the the Riding Academy
1 on 1 to coordinate classes, sign up students, confirm and take payments. I also
worked with coaches and set up for these weekly classes such as set up (Books, Content, Verification and Motorcycles) . I was also responsible for the Dealerships Rental program
through Eagle Rider with the Harley-Davidson motorcompany rentals. I booked and confirmed rentals also The pick-up and Drop off within the dealership as well. The
dealership also has an internal group the HOG Group which is a membership within the dealership I was their Point of Contact for this group. New River Harley-Davidson is a
large dealership and the only Dealership in the Jacksonville NC area for 100 miles it is also a Major tourist attraction for visitors to the area or passing through. The Camp
Leujeune Military Base is 5 minutes from the Dealership it was a major attraction for
Marines and their visiting family members.

Customer Service Representative | 05/2018 - 01/2020
I was the North American/ Canadian Distribution Customer Service Representative. My
duties included all orders with our Distributors. Orders were typically in the range of
$15,000 to upwards close to $100,000. I worked one on one with each distributor with their orders and invoicing as well as closing out the invoice. I worked closely with our
Distribution wharehouse as well as the Finance Department. All orders were placed through me any discrepancies in shipping or receiving was also through me. I would
assist also for promotional orders with new products for our distributors, for this part of the job duties I would work with the Marketing Department to ensure these promotions
went out and met the time frame needed as there was seasonal promotions and strict
order and deadline dates. At Kevin Murphy I used Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word,
Outlook, Net Suite, Adobe, Excel for invoicing. Kevin Murphy is a Global company with headquarters based in Australia the Irvine Office was the North America / Canada
distribution for the Company. It is a Fortune 500 Company that is continually growing
daily. My reason for departing this Company was I was moving out of State and it is an In
House Position.
Rose Micro Solutions
Sales Representative | 01/2015 - 03/2018
I was the West Coast Sales Representative for Rose Micro Solutions they are a Optical
Loupe Company for Medical professionals. My duties were traveling to various Medical, and Dental conferences to showcase our product. I would travel 3 days out of every
week to conventions, meetings and also product training. I have sat in on Wet Labs for
Veterinarian meetings to assist the Doctors with the Loupes. Optical Loupes depending on what procedure the magnification required can vary. It was my duty not only to sell
the product but also to assist the Doctors with the knowledge of our product. I would
work with Doctors at conferences as well as go to Schools to help the Students use the Loupe as well. As some interns have never used this specific type of magnification. I was
responsible for set up and display as well as coordinating meetings such as food, set up
a display and coordinating attendees. I have also traveled to London for an
international Veterinarian Conference. I left this position and company due to I needed to be home my daughter was just starting Highschool.
