As the Client Services and Training Manager for LVA my primary objective is to create a world class experience for our Clients who use our After Sales services. Across the 145 stores in the North American Market I create and facilitate training to ensure consistency across all stores. Additionally managing a Customer Service team responsible for providing stores with easily accessible information and communication.
