With the dynamic shift in how consumers shop today the need to stay on top of business trends, style, and inspiration have become more and more necessary. Customers expect to have a full experience when choosing to shop with a brand, thus creating the need for retail teams to consume information in quick and easily accessible mediums. This is the driving force behind my curiosity and excitement to continue my passion in Training & Developing teams.

As the Client Services and Training Manager for LVA my primary objective is to create a world class experience for our Clients  who use our After Sales services. Across the 145 stores in the North American Market I create and facilitate training to ensure consistency across all stores. Additionally managing a Customer Service team responsible for providing stores with easily accessible information and communication.
