Through my time excelling as a Design Assistant at O’Neill Australia I was given the title of Head Women’s Designer. The women’s design team consists of the Women’s Merchandiser and myself and together we are responsible for producing on trend and brand relevant apparel, innovative swimwear and a new range of accessories for our target market as well as a new competitive surf capsule. I have lead 3 full design seasons – from initial range conception, to yardage and placement prints, to garment construction and then to final sampling of the range during my time during a Design Assistant and Women’s Designer.

During my time with Camilla and Marc, I was offered a job as an Assistant Designer at Abercrombie&Fitch, which I decided to take. However, my American working visa was declined due to unforeseen circumstances and this offer never came to fruition.
