Sr. Merchandising Manager - Consumer Division - Women's Apparel & Gear/Global SMU/Logowear

•Lead post season analysis to identify success stories and opportunities by working closely with Design, EComm, Retail, Marketing, Operations, Product Development and Sales team. 
•To lead and expand Women’s Tactical Apparel & Gear collection and distribution, driving the strategic and assortment planning process all the way through seasonal Go To Market.
•Identify SMU product & sales opportunities for 5.11 Stores, Military Exchange channels, and Global partners to drive growth in key categories. 
•Support and expand 5.11 Retail Stores Assortment merchandising including product lifecycle management, price positioning, visual merchandising and in-store presentation.
•Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Inventory Management team in creating Pre-season assortment plan and sell in documentations by channel to inform product creation process. 
•Present seasonal collections and product lines to retail partners & different distribution channels with Sales Directors. 



•Identify and communicate product needs, opportunities & gaps through deep understanding of the retail landscape.
•Create pre-season assortment plans by account and channel that inform the product creation process
•Interface with strategic accounts proactively to gather feedback on seasonal concepts, designs or prototypes
•Produce seasonal materials for the sales channels including pre-season assortment plans and sell in documentations
•Present seasonal collections and product lines to retail partners & different distribution channels. 
•Provide analytical feedback on pricing, margins, competitive benchmarks, forecasts, and sell through results to Product, Inventory and Marketing Teams
•Manage all aspects of merchandising including product lifecycle management, price positioning, labeling, and in-store presentation

Merchandiser Manager - Consumer Division

•Manage growth in each category and executing strategic initiatives. 
•Identifying and inspiring long-term trends and opportunities based on analysis of product, consumer & competitive trends in the market space. 
•Developing seasonal initiatives and line plans to construct long-term business plans. 
•Become an expert on tactical and outdoor products, with a focus on fitness, t-shirts, fleece & headwear. Driving excitement and enthusiasm through high-level communication and relationship building across the organization. 
•Provide clear product direction to the cross-functional teams to develop product lines, meet key dates and achieve net sales, net margin.

Product Line Manager - Tactical Apparel

• Strategically manage the day-to-day Production department and direct the design, development and merchandising team for assigned product lines to meet established salesand margin targets in alignment with the company’s mission and vision.
• Manage and mentor Design and Merchandising team employee’s development and retention. Develop team goals in coordination with company’s goals.
• Communicate daily with Creative Director, VP of Sales, Marketing Director andPurchasing Manager to develop a line list based on sales potential, Global Market trends,and category positioning parameters. Directly responsible to manage all product
categories line lists and communicating all styles information to management team.
•Research pricing and products of competitive brands and help identify and target emerging new product/category.
• Coordinate design and development calendars for all categories and manage team workflow to ensure all deadlines are met.


Director of Merchandising & Design

• Managing development and merchandising for 600 plus skus of Technical Apparel and Accessories for Global collection per season. Collaborate with wide variety of functional area such as design, development, production, sales, marketing and operations to develop and provide product definitions responsive to the America’s customer needs and market
opportunities.
• Oversee all product strategy, Research and development requirements, and analysis of America’s snow market. Constantly partnering with Global product team to help developproduct definitions and marketing collateral for Global growth.
• Manage product development associated with photo shoot samples, sales samples, and production timeline to ensure schedule delivery with growth in margin goals.
• Strategize sales plans with Sales Director and present at all Pre-Line showings as well as Global Sales Meeting.
• Achievements: Delivered a well-executed first global collection with a complex global structure but meeting all dead line

Product Line Manager - Snow Softgoods and Accessories

• Design, develop, and execute products in partnership with customers, and factories from design concepts, tech packs to Final Production stage. Ensure products are within target price range, margins, and on time delivery following: Product quality standards, brand profile, and product fit consistency. Current Customer base: The North Face, Roxy, Billabong Juniors & Snow, Element, Von Zipper, Neff Headwear, and O’Neill.
• Collaborate with factories on improving daily communications to better service and exceed our individual customer’s development and production requirements. In addition, partner with Production Director in sourcing new factories to better improve pricing targets and product quality.
• Evaluate existing customer’s quarterly sales, gross margins to identify new improvements in product ideas, and pricing goals. Ability to maintain company growth by expanding customer base on bringing new accounts as follows: Neff Headwear, O’Neill (La Jolla Group), and USA SKI TEAM.

Senior Merchandiser

• Develop Product Line Plans (PLP) for all brands from the conceptual stage through the product life cycle, while optimizing profits and exceed marketing, financial, and corporate growth.
• Monitor and manage product development processes and production to ensure on-time product delivery, while maintaining target price point & product quality. Provide consultation & expertise to the Sales Reps during the Special Make-Up (SMU) product.
• Monitor & manage the Time & Action Calendar, Purchase Orders, Costing and Price Negotiations with Factories, Vendors and Sub-Contractors. Coordinate the development and approval of new materials, construction processes and procedures.
• Collaborate & associate with the Marketing Team during catalog development process including: product features, layout, and print themes. Responsible for product line review presentations for the North America Region.

Product Manager

•Execute proto sample development process (in partnership with Product Managers, Designers, VF Global Sourcing Offices and Vendors) from the inception Design to Final Production
•Provide technical consultation and offer solution at all stages of product evaluation on-site in the US and Asia. Engineer workable prototypes that address desired function, cosmetics, market appeal, manufacturability and target price point. 
•Monitor and manage the Time & Action Calendar to ensure on-time product delivery and meet all deadlines following: size and fit consistency, product integrity and brand-profile. Adherence to compliance, product safety and quality standards. 
•Achievement: Develop Brand Protection Strategies for Vans Accessories using the Sizing and Construction Standards to deliver the highest product quality and consistency.

Product Developer (Accessories)

Integrated analysis of fashion trends, fabrics, hardware and current design trends with new designs of products for each brand. 
Identified and created strategies for current market and lifestyle trends.
