I am currently looking for Marketing Opportunities in the Greater Los Angeles Area.

-Assist Endurance Event Manager at endurance events across the United States and Canada 
-Act as Lead Event Coordinator at endurance events within the United States 
-Generate and maintain individual event sales goals and financial reporting 
-Manage expo booth logistics, inventory and staffing 
-Assist in design of booth layout and merchandising fixtures based on inventory and establishes appropriate marketing materials, signage and equipment

-Provided administrative support for the Director of Fund Development & Marketing including meeting preparation and scheduling, special projects support and maintaining up-to-date records and reports related to fundraising and communications
-Supported the design, preparation, execution and follow-ups for assigned special events and other fundraising or marketing projects as directed
-Maintained positive relations and responsive communications with internal team members, co-workers, donors and volunteers

Temporary Fund Development and Marketing Assistant

-Social media content development, scheduling, engagement, and reported on relevant KPI’s
-Identified influencers and athletes who align with 2XU’s brand and managed the Ambassador Program
-Communicated with followers, responded to queries in a timely manner, and monitored customer reviews
-Established and maintained relationships with influencers, engaged in community outreach, and relationship building
-Managed contests and giveaways on Instagram
-Planned and worked local community events

Social Media Manager

Events & Expos:
-Generates and maintains individual event sales goals and financial reporting
-Manages expo booth logistics, inventory and staffing
-Works with department managers and in-house sales team to coordinate sales and marketing needs
-Provides recommendations for improving overall customer satisfaction and experience
-Assists in design of booth layout and merchandising fixtures based on inventory and establishes appropriate marketing materials, signage and equipment

Leadership Requirements:
-Recognizes sales and branding opportunities across multiple sales channels and environments
-Represents 2XU and communicates with all levels of industry personnel
-Assists in identifying new event/expo opportunities and as necessary, devises, communicates and implements tasks, programs and solutions to ensure correct representation of 2XU at events
-Addresses vendor, dealer and consumer concerns onsite

US Events Coordinator

-Overseen 150+ events executed at Hummingbird Nest
-Use Caterease to manage event proposals and details
-Give wedding site tours to potential clients
-File and track vendor insurance certificates
-Be present on event day to help with vendor load in and logistics
-Social networking for Hummingbird Nest 
-Answer phones and provide customer service
-Assist director with any special projects she may request

Assistant to the Director of Special Events

-Manage all client data within Excel spreadsheet
-Organize campaign calendar (press release dates, follow-ups, etc.)
-Collect media stats and research social media presence
-Work with other members of PR team to maximize success of clients
-Sit in and represent spreadsheets in meetings/conference calls with clients

Public Relations Intern

-Assist patrons with finding the right books they may need
-Ensure all customers’ needs are met upon checkout
