Senior Product Line Manager

Top Management

Support product marketing team through the product creation life cycle to ensure the accomplishment of line plan target revenue and margin goals. 

Key Responsibilities
•	Create and maintain a competitive landscape matrix for each product family to clearly communicate perceived value and opportunities in the market
•	Support the global product initiatives by articulating clear category positioning, product segmentation, and strategic financial objectives to all global and regional teams.
•	Attend weekly fittings to log and track progress of factory development samples against identified goals in the original product briefs. 
•	Collaborate with development to identify potential calendar problems. 
•	Coordinate and communicate asset creation needs for packaging requirements, product photo shoots, catalog creation needs, sales flyers, and online tool kits.
•	Organize all seasonal merchandising samples and product vault

Product Coordinator

Responsible for achieving all field goals and initiatives related to driving sales, office administration, supporting multi-unit management teams, supply management, achieving superior and consistent operational excellence, and supporting buying/planning.

Key Responsibilities
•	Manage communication protocol and processes between Fox Retail and other Corporate departments
•	Head all operational programs for the retail locations, including maintenance, budgets, incentives, customer loyalty, and special events. 
•	Responsible for maintenance of product data and hierarchy in retail POS system as defined by SAP data
•	Conduct and compile Pre-buy analysis each season to determine SKU counts and style volume for both store concepts in all categories
•	Assist with seasonal product buys for all categories including visual style-out and assortment creation

Retail Operations Coordinator

Developed, led and executed purchasing strategies; tracked and reported key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness; crafted negotiation strategies and closed deals with optimal terms. 

Key Responsibilities
•	Launched and translated new software ERP system procedures to company personnel
