Accounts Payable, Receivables, and Collections Manager 

Managed a well-established practice with multiple locations with an average two million dollar per year gross income. Created guidelines and protocols to ensure budget and P&L goals were met or exceeded. Manage HR matters including recruiting new employees, employee reviews, compensation adjustments, and health care. Implemented a filing system for all employee and patient files. Approve and verify employee timecards on a biweekly basis and prepare payroll for processing. Worked with the marketing and sales department to increase overall growth year by year.  Skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, QuickBooks, Orthotrac, and both Mac and PC. 

Office Manager 

Duties include verifying insurance, claims submission, collections from insurance companies, filing, answering patient questions about their coverage, created employee training manual for this position, as well as implemented e-filing of claims.  

Insurance Coordinator 

Duties include heavy phones, scheduling appointments, checking in clients, filing, mailings, computer database retrieval and maintenance, supply ordering, inventory, payment collections and processing, implemented a filing system for the various types of treatment we provided.

Various clerical duties for a database marketing firm. Duties include working with vendor accounts, purchase orders, answering heavy phones, emailing, coordinating meetings, filing, processing all orders while working as a team and maintaining an organized office structure.
