The Brand Development Lead is a marketing and sales role, focusing on growing the California market along with secondary and tertiary markets. This role seeks opportunities to build brand awareness for marketing and fundraising departments. The BDL is responsible for managing trade shows, events and conferences. Networks with celebrities and social media influencers to spread brand awareness. Closely manages a tight budget for all spends: marketing, fundraising, print, advertising and monthly T&E. 

Independently manage and oversee California, Washington and Texas markets.

In charge of driving market growth with month-over-month increases in web visits, orders, new customer acquisition and gross revenue.

Edrington Americas is a leading ultra-premium liquor supplier. The Associate Brand Manager works alongside Field Marketing Directors to develop brand plans, implement consumer and trade programs, A&P budget management, business analysis, KPI review and field communication. Scope of role covers portfolio brands: The Macallan, Highland Park, The Glenrothes, Cutty Sark, Famous Grouse, Brugal Rum, Snow Leopard Vodka and Tequila Partida.
 
Manage internal and external clients: sales staff, creative agencies and distributor partners to deliver marketing programs and plans for appropriate channels. 

Establish partnerships with local businesses to develop sales incentive programs, which have shown to increase portfolio sales by double-digits. 

Create, edit, optimize and deliver brand focused marketing material for distribution across 13 regional states for on/off premise and chain accounts. 

Responsible for planning and executing bi-annual commercial meetings and national trade shows.

Contributed to the monthly global newsletter regarding marketing plans, field activations, new product launches and consumer facing events.
