Ticket Sales

- Attended Techo-Bloc Trade show March 2018. 
   -  One of six employees out of 200 sales reps to be asked to attend the Trade Show. I worked with home professionals face-to-face, built relationships and continued to work with these professionals for months after the trade show.
- Mentorship role. Paired with one employee each month in lower levels to help them with prospecting and sales presentation calls.
- Elected into a pilot group to test a range of prospecting strategies before implementing to all reps. 
- Elected to call professionals who had canceled their agreements in order to gain their business back. Had to deal with complaints, amendments, pricing approvals, etc.

- Assisted four biologists in the office and field to support clients seeking environmental consulting on a range of projects throughout California.
- Frequently use Microsoft Word, Excel, and numerous databases.
