Lead the product development process and drive product commercialization activities for the Socks Business Units from ideation to production. Accountable for seamless execution of established product roadmaps for Socks (on time, at cost, and at approved quality level). Partner closely with cross-functional team - Product, Design, Materials, Color, Testing (Physical and Wear Testing), QA, as well as Regional Office as well as manufacturing partners to ensure all margin, development, quality and production targets are being100% met.
