Sketched into a Good/Better/Best product range, per guidance from Creative Director fulfilling each product category. Slot fabrics, washes and/or colors into bodies as influenced by the seasonal concept, line plan and Merchandising Manager. Creates, presents and distributes seasonal working line sheets in preparation for cross-functional milestone meetings including sketch review with merchants and sketch “download” with P.D./Production, and tech team. Selected trim, hardware and thread combos for product in accordance with the seasonal concept. Created design detail diagrams and pattern cards for their product to ensure accurate prototype sample making. Partner and collaborate with Merchandisers to download the seasonal wash direction to Product Development and Production team for sample making and production. Works with in-house pattern maker, sewing room and local laundries on continuous new development Works closely with the Graphics team and outside print studios for continuous ongoing development – new graphic/artistic content, new techniques. Directly collaborate and design with merchandisers direction on filling holes in current SMS line. Turn around late add with 4 week deadline from initial pass off. Initiates style setup in Full Circle from development to conception. Create extensively detailed detail sheets with target measurements to ensure accurate fit and construction. Research hot current market bodies and or trends for future fast track needs. Attends and leads all fittings for their product pipeline with technical design team.
