MEDIA MARKETING COORDINATOR

Creative and enthusiastic artist with a background in photography, videography, modeling, and graphic design. Puts a lot of effort into social media management and product promotion. UCSB graduate with a focus in pursuing her passion in the art industry. Yokota also enjoys the music industry in which she DJs and began producing house and techno.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Launched an all-female skate organization in Santa Barbara, CA and grew the community to over 100 members using relevant Facebook pages to promote the mission.
Developed an executive board, holding weekly meetings to discuss upcoming social events, fundraising campaigns, community outreach strategies, and social media metrics through Slack, Zoom, and in-person workshops.
Collaborated with local organizations by implementing various team skate events and skate classes to promote awareness of the group in the community.
Communicated with members routinely using Discord and GroupMe to keep the organization active and involved. Utilized Instagram and Facebook’s direct messaging features to respond to the community directly.

FOUNDER AND CEO

Spearheaded the University of Oregon’s brand representative team by managing all social media channels, communicating with the company headquarters weekly, and interacting with the community through on-campus and in-store events. 
Attended a brand certification training program in Columbus, OH to become familiar with company standards, promotion, product launches, and current merchandise. This was also an opportunity to connect with many influential leaders in the marketing and fashion industry.
