Administrative clerical support to all daily operations of the Dean of Students, Residential Life, and the Division of Student Life. Support and oversee work-study students through professional development, encourage growth in their skill sets through special projects and training opportunities. Utilize Google Sites to create a student work center during student worker shifts.

Manage a team of five or more students during the academic year. Administrate and delegate tasks to our team to generate relevant, original, high-quality social media content on Instagram to our 1,500+ followers. Plan and host seasonal on-campus events throughout the year to maintain and grow community engagement with interactive wellness activities and prizes.

With a fresh perspective, curate an illustrative poster, graphics, illustrations, and branding assets for the October 2021 Comic Arts and Literacy Expo (CALE), streamed online to a large audience. Coordinate with the Visual Arts Manager by using Roomful to construct a Virtual Member Art Gallery in Fall 2021.

Create graphics and design layouts for print ads, flyers, email newsletters, the Whittier College website and social media accounts with the brand style guide. Lead the design and development of the Whittier College holiday card in December 2019 and delivered to students, partners, and stakeholders. Participate in the development of marketing material, print media, for an annual fundraising campaign, Big Poet Give 2019.
