 I am a seasoned, Sr. Designer with a solid background within the actions sports, and streetwear markets. I have a proven track record in the design, and development of products that perform well on a global scale.

-Market and trend research
-Actively participate in the conceptual development of product lines; work   directly with customers
-Communicate daily with overseas factories to track product development.
-Creating and manipulate colors, prints and graphics within Photoshop and Illustrator
-Graphic presentations for brands, CAD & Planogram
-Ensure design packages are complete and accurate
-Execute corrections as needed; works with merchandising and production to  find appropriate solutions to cost and/or construction issues
-Create highly detailed drawings and sketches for technical purposes
-Work with merchandising and sales teams to assist in determining sales needs and opportunities

Senior Designer

-Managed design, and direction of all categories from hardgoods, to cut, and sew apparel.
-Took part in R&D, and market research trips to ensure that the brand remained innovative, and progressive.
-Global vendor communications.
-Visited factories to ensure production quality met intercompany standards. 
-Lead seasonal review meetings attended by brand management, and global sales team. 
-Final approval for go to market, and regional market roll out.           

Senior Designer / Creative Director

-Designed apparel graphics for global markets. (Ideation, design, and tech pack production)
-Established vendor relations to cultivate projects from concept to production.
-Managed Line plans for seasonal product range.
-Design, and development of international trade show booths, and displays.
-Development of mood boards for seasonal product categories.
-Collaboration with internal designers on the creation of yardage prints, and trims that we’re implemented across all 
 product categories.
-Worked alongside licensing partners to conceptualize product that adhered to the guidelines of all collaborating parties.
