Looking to obtain an Administrative/Operations position that will enable me to use my strong organizational skills, excellent people skills, and artistic background.

Compiling studio schedules, Road map for studio projects
Constant/real-time updates of Studio schedules
Studio Projects quality control and assessment
Consolidating client needs (oversee most efficient and cost-effective ways for project lunches/dinners)
Vendor Negotiations
Some HR responsibilities including job postings: Scheduling of interviews, doing the preliminary screening, ensuring applications are filled out before interviews, etc. Overseeing Production Coordinators and Production Assistants.
Responsible for maintaining the mood and positive vibe of the office culture. Events: birthdays, staff events/parties

-Serve as the primary point of contact/scheduler for the Executive Director and Executive Vice President's calendar needs 
- Exhibit high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals both within and outside the company 
- Coordinating projects for the Executive teams, such as tours, presentations, and global event management.
-Provide day-to-day and ad hoc administrative support to the Executive Director and President including, but not limited to, organizational spreadsheets, meeting notes, office and cultural events, and expense reports. 
-Arrange global travel (domestic and international), providing detailed itineraries and coordinating hotel, transportation, and dining logistics.

Executive Assistant

-Manage all aspects of reception department: staff, manage, train and maintain quality receptionist(s) 
-Booking Extensive domestic and international travel 
-Facilitate facility repairs and routine maintenance needs.
-Make sure all office supplies are stocked and maintained at appropriate levels 
-Manage all vendors.
-Manage the off-site storage space to ensure it is being efficiently utilized,
