As VP of Marketing & Client Relations I will lead the Relationship Management organization and marketing efforts of SERVICE 800.  In addition, I will now also oversee our Finance, Accounting and HR departments in an effort to align all aspects of our relationships with our clients. 

I also am highly involved in product, service, and technical development and strategy initiatives focusing on always improving the service and experience our clients receive.

The SERVICE 800 Relationship Management organization is critical to the retention and growth of SERVICE 800's client relationships.  As the manager of the department, I am charged with leading our team of five to provide SERVICE 800 clients with best in class service and guidance on building and leveraging customer satisfaction and customer success programs.  With an increased focus on timely renewals and identification of growth opportunities, the Relationship Management team is working diligently to strengthen the future of SERVICE 800.

As the SERVICE 800 Marketing Manager I oversee all SERVICE 800 marketing initiatives including lead generation, website management, collateral design and development, as well as inbound and outbound marketing efforts.  My goal is to strengthen the SERVICE 800 brand identity and build a consistent image across everything SERVICE 800 delivers. Manager, Marketing & Client Relations

I am helping SERVICE 800 navigate rebranding and developing a new corporate website.  I will be building our marketing and brand strategy and help with new product management.  SERVICE 800 is also currently experiencing a leadership change and I will be helping with establishing a new corporate business strategy.

In addition to my Brand and Marketing role, I will be an onsite administrator for SERVICE 800's Salesforce.com subscription.

I was tasked within the eCommerce PG&A division of Polaris to update product line descriptions to be more optimized for search (SEO) and ensured all products had the right images and details. Also assisted with special projects focused on the eCommerce site.

As Project Manager for SERVICE 800 I am tasked with managing the company's website as well as its social media offerings in Twitter and Facebook.  I am a Certified Inbound Marketing Professional and have improved our website grade by over 40 points in the last 6 months.

As the Premium Seating Coordinator I directly support our sales staff by servicing and providing a first class experience in all of the Minnesota Timberwolves Premium Seating venues.  I was the project manager responsible for creating, organizing, and coordinating the construction of 2 new venues at Target Center, the Loge Boxes and Backcourt Club.  I am also a primary service contact for many of our customers.
