Working with the TNF Snow Sports design team on 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics uniforms for Team USA.

-Design garments for each season; working closely with Merchandising & Creative Director to steer creative direction of seasonal line plan. Actively work to promote the product vision and brand positioning across product division -Develop and manage Tech Packs for all garments -Manage L/D & S/O approvals -Manage all aspects of product development from concept to final fit approval -Create design/concept boards to communicate design & color direction -Participate in fit discussions. Work closely with technical designer to attain desired fit -Create & work with a design schedule to ensure timely completion of the product development calendar -Measure garments with understanding of garment construction -Communicate daily with Asian & domestic factories -Work with production & creative to source materials/develop innovative fabrications -Research current trends pertinent to outdoor apparel industry and brand -Create & manage CADs for tech packs, presentations and catalogue
