Managed and maintained the Women’s non-apparel (accessories and footwear) department for the outlet channel at PacSun - 120 stores. R esponsible for all fiscal duties consisting of sales, gross margins, turnover, and management of inventory, as well as assortment selection and development, consisting of assortment planning, customer focus, trend awareness, timely interpretation, competitive shopping, and product development.

Strategized and developed an assortment unique to the PacSun brand while being meaningful to the outlet customer.

Provided on-going analysis of sales, inventory, and on-order, to ensure proper flow of goods.

Developed and maintained effective working relationships with members of cross-functional teams: Marketing, Planning & Allocation, and Inventory Management.
