Brand Partnerships Manager

Hired to create, implement, and own strategy for all influencer partnerships. Primary focus on core target markets through projected sales. To build a team to attend events and work through daily inbound across social channels. Working closely with content teams to maximize the performance of each partnership. • Apply a data and performance driven strategy for all partnerships. To include influencer partnerships, athlete contracts, brand partnerships, facilities programs, and corporate wellness. • Conceptualize and produce influencer campaigns; CrossFit Games, Ironman, Theragun G3PRO launch. • Large role in growth across social channels, 60-173k on Instagram, including management of over 300 influencer partnerships and giveaways. • Attend events within target markets and demographics to produce brand partnerships and event activations to support the Theragun brand. • Secured partnerships with F45 Gyms, Hoka One One, Adidas, TRX Summit, SoulCycle, FlyWheel, Bullet Proof Labs, Equinox and more. • Manage affiliate program with over 200 chiropractors, physical therapists, trainers, athletes and influencers. • Implement metric-driven strategy; website forms, data driven reporting, canned responses, centralized communication. • Pilot first ever retail marketing strategy. Director of Partnerships

Responsible for all branded content, social channels, press, and influencers & partnerships. Brought on board as Influencer & Strategic Partnerships Manager and promoted to Brand Manager in December 2017. • Plan and execute financial budgets and projections for brand marketing efforts. • Produce & manage all influencer relations, partnerships, and content. Responsibilities also include directing creative team (photo & video), styling sets, & managing all social marketing projects. • Drive ideation of creative briefs for all channels including website, email, social handles, blogs, paid ad, direct mail, and all other marketing communications. • Attract a weekly average of 20k unique pageviews with a 3% bounce rate to the Joybird blog, Canvas, generating $21k in sales (13 transactions). • Reported social growth from April to date; 111% on Instagram (65k to 125k), 23.6% on Facebook, & 47.5% on Twitter. All with a 99% response rate and a 53% increase of positive sentiment. • Event production. Produced 2 events with an ROI of 70k. Minimal budget spend and turnkey production. • Working with press and editors in the home & design space. Procured placements in Apartment Therapy, DailyMail, Wirecutter, & more). • Direct management of social media coordinator, production team, and copywriters.

Brand Marketing Manager

Strategically develop a marketing plan and budget that will increase ROI, drive sales, and brand awareness both in the field and across social platforms. Devise well-rounded B2B & B2C marketing campaigns to acquire and retain loyal customers. Joined The Chill Group in December 2013 as a Brand Ambassador and promoted over the years to Field Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, and Head of Marketing in October of 2016. • Management of all social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest). • Establish brand partnerships and campaigns via social media to grow @justchill Instagram account organically from 3k to 18k followers to date (as of 3/2017).
