Assistant Operations Manager

My experience consists of four years in sales, customer service and visual marketing operations for a variety of retail brands, including Ray-Ban and Quiksilver. I have been trained to properly manage vendor locations with allocation of products, marketing elements and associate education instruction in order to increase product sales. In my current position with Free People, I am responsible for maintaining and monitoring business reports to properly implicate operation strategies and adequate customer service practices to maximize sales.  

My objective is to obtain production and communication proficiency, in order to increase product development and sales with organizational efficiency, appropriate allocation methods and functional directives. 


Maintain business awareness, assess monthly payroll, schedules and determine strategies to maximize sales in order to achieve and exceed goals
Maintain inventory control, processing and allocation 
Promote and maintain a high standard for overall customer care, operations and loss prevention 
Lead, mentor and motivate the team regarding all aspects of leadership, visual execution and expectations engagemen

Develop, deliver and communicate visual concepts and strategies to promote Ray-Ban Eyewear, products and services to fifteen vendor locations in the Orange County district. 
Document and allocate inventory and marketing tools to vendor locations pertaining to its volume and consumer demand. 
Create and execute promotional events to assist in retail sales and increase consumer engagement.
Educate and inspire store associates, management and consumers in regards to Ray-Ban Eyewear.

Ray-Ban Visual Merchandiser & Marketing Specialist 

Develop, deliver and communicate visual concepts and strategies to promote Quiksilver/Roxy brands, products and services to three vendor locations in the Orange County district 
Create attractive visual displays in Quiksilver/Roxy retail outlets  
Increase sales and consumer attention with visual presentation of key items and reflect seasonal promotions
