With a high interest in management and marketing, one of my ultimate professional goals is to build a career in a managerial position within a company that mirrors my desire for athletics, business operations, and the outdoors. I graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in the Leeds School of Business with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Operations Management and Marketing. Growing up in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, Ski Town USA, I have a strong passion for skiing and sports in general. I have grown up as a competitive ski racer, gaining awards and attending Junior Olympics, among other elite races. - Managed cross-functional calendars to align sample timelines and ensure on-time execution of the GTM schedule
- Acted as the operational hub across planning, production, sales, and finance teams to drive project execution and meet seasonal deliverables

Wholesale and Merchandising Manager

- Collaborated in the relaunch of Dakine Apparel through managing the new sourcing company with product line management, product calendars, design, and shipment tracking 
- Contributed to the setup and launch of a new 3PL. Assisted with OMS, diagnosing receiving errors, monitoring orders, carton exports, ASN imports, managing ATS

Global Brand Coordinator

- Managed all communication with our sourcing company: pricing structure to ensure established margin, calendar operations, development of product, and color sign off 
- Direct contact for all reps with communication of sample timing, order deadlines, line and shipping updates  
- Developed the launch of Elastic Suite as the new B2B site and manage the day-to-day operations 
- Contributed to the integration and onboarding of NetSuite ERP to our wholesale business

Wholesale Operations Specialist 

- Managed store inventory based on sales plans, capacity, key promotional periods, sales trends, and peak selling periods 
- Forecasted future sales for pre-books on key materials based on current and past season selling 
- Creation of weekly Ad Hoc reports to analyze daily sales and react to current store inventory levels  
- Managed proper inventory levels in all vertical retail doors, from initial allocation through the replenishment processes and down to the size level to maximize sales and improve turn 
- Managed and optimized inventory levels in both our retail and outlet stores and distribution center 
- Worked directly with buying, wholesale, and DC operations to support GTM and retail readiness

- Provided exceptional sales support to buyers and sales reps including entering manual orders, systematic orders, managing and updating order statuses, and responding to emails/phone calls within a timely manner 
- Provided sales reps with product information when needed through digital catalogs and other platforms 
- Managed and maintained order book for all Canadian Key Accounts, including Sport Chek  
- Assisted with management of top accounts (Amazon, Zappos, Macy’s, etc.) in the company when needed or when team members were out  
- Extensive knowledge of SAP, BI and other reporting tools, including SalesForce to maximize visibility on all orders and inventory 
- Worked with the warehouse daily to diminish shipping and packing delays
