A recent graduate of NC State, with a BS in Business Administration, concentration in Marketing and a minor in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management.

I have a passion for the outdoors, travelling, and creativity and hope to enter a workplace where I can incorporate these passions into everyday life. With a "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn and meet new people, I hope to build upon the skills I have gained in my undergraduate studies in the marketing, sports and entertainment, and event planning fields.

	Collaborate with team of 15 members to meet daily sales goals and promotions by providing strong customer service
	Communicate with patrons, using sales techniques, to identify their needs and identify appropriate products
	Assist Visual Merchandiser in creation of visual displays in order to maintain brand image 
	Volunteer a minimum of eight hours per season with state and local outdoor and wildlife organizations, such as “Adopt a Stream” Program, the North Carolina Zoo, and Eno River State Park


	Managed media coverage reports for online and print media outlets and create bi-yearly report for management
	Coordinated travel and pick-up arrangements for 15 company  guests and visitors
	Created product sample mailers for distribution to new and potential clients
	Performed various administrative tasks such as update RSVP lists, update contact forms from website lead generation, and review product presentations
	Initiated orders for event rentals and manage payment for equipment and facilities
	Assisted marketing department in updating e-mail database for promotional materials and emails, using Excel and Mail Chimp

	Provided information to customers on current ski technology in order to equip their outdoor excursions
	Created marketing and promotional content using Microsoft Office, Facebook, and emails
	Designed Point of Sale displays to increase customer knowledge about products
