•	Review requisitions and generate Purchase Orders (PO’s) for all departments across campus for the acquisition of goods and services in accordance with state policy

•	Coordinate the Contracts & Procurement bi-annual Department Meet and Greets to address any goals, questions, or concerns for the new fiscal year with our internal partners
•	Assisted as the Lead Coordinator for the Annual Contracts & Procurement Vendor Expo held on campus for CSU Faculty & Staff to meet different vendors for future business opportunities

•	Worked efficiently to turn contracts around with a tight time frame while still being able to meet all event requirements and dates
