Managed the National sales team of all in-house brands for Luxottica Brazil. Developed sales and marketing strategies to expand the reach of the brands such as Ray-Ban, Killer Loop, Revo, Persol, Salvatore Ferragamo, Vogue Eyewear, which led to revenue growth of 30%+ YOY. Only Arnette revenue growth was 80%+ YOY reaching U$ 20 million on the 3rd year of management. Oversaw all aspects of marketing including: events, trade shows, print advertising, PR, and In-store branding.

2001 – 2001

Responsible for all aspects of sales, marketing and operation for Arnette Eyewear in Brazil. Managed all brand development and distribution activities, creating new sales team, PR, events, trade shows, taking sales from zero to U$3.8 million dollars in less than 6 years. Operationally handled all procurement from the U.S. as well as the importation, customs clearance, and domestic distribution. Worked as a Bausch & Lomb distributor after the brand was acquired and oversaw all aspects of the brand expansion in the country until its transition to Luxottica group.
