I'm Alex, not your average Sr. Project Manager. Creative, hardworking, motivated and loyal are just a few things that make me, me. I enjoy story telling, thinking outside of the triangle, problem-solving and creating content. An avid reader of hard copy books—it might be old school, but it keeps me sharp and able to overcome tough obstacles. I’ve spent over 20 years working in both small and large groups—start-up and large companies. Always striving for improvement and optimization, I’m a self-starting independent person who never settles for "OK".

A graduate of California State University Fullerton with a Business Administration Major with a focus in Marketing. I have a passionate thirst for knowledge and liking for consumer behavior, multicultural marketing, and advertising. 

An Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America, as well as, a member of the Order of the Arrow (BSA national honor society). I have a passion for the ocean and a member of the Surfrider Foundation. I'm also a Big Brother for Big Brothers Big Sisters organization and love it!

Acts as an internal liaison that reinforces client/project priorities, clarifies
requirements and solves for identified cross-discipline gaps.
• Monitoring build progress, overseeing finance and ensuring project quality.
• Effectively balance projects, improving time and budget by 34%.
• Make strategic decisions and help direct implementation of those decisions.
• Define and clearly explain necessary processes/workflows, becoming an expert in client processes (legal/medical/regulatory reviews/etc.).
• Manage risks to avoid delays, team frustration, and additional costs.

• Lead a team of designers and copywriters in effective marketing campaigns.
• Optimize the workflow across multiple departments.

• Manage the Marketing budget as well as	individual project budgets.

Project Manager

Liaise with all team members, coaches and officials to ensure all are informed of training, competition and club functions.
Ensure all players have valid Player-ID cards before they play any matches.
Document any problems that arise between team members, coaches and supporters and present these to a club representative.
Communicate concerns/complaints to the coach and/or club.
Organize the duty roster.
Ensure correct spelling of player names on trophies, team photos, etc. when requested by the club.
Monitor and restock the team’s first aid kit.
Organize tournament entry forms and entry fees as required.

Team Manager

• Manage creative projects from initiation to completion.
• Head project and email marketing teams.
• Manage daily status reports, scrum huddles and spearhead meetings.
• Help transition team members to new company software.
• Aid in the improvement of the agencies website, emails and blogs.
• Act as point person for all Account Management, Client Services and Creative Service team members.
