As the Sales Operations Supervisor for Oakley's Domestic Wholesale Division I lead a team of 8 sales coordinators who support Key Account Managers, Regional Sales Managers, and over 60 Independent Sales Reps nationwide.
- Oversee, maintain, and develop sales tools including Order Forms, B2B web-platforms, Customer On-Boarding & Record maintenance app (Appian), and Trade Marketing Management site (54Blue). Train new staff & sales reps to successfully use these tools. 
- Manage executions of sales programs, incentives, prebooking, and liquidation for Apparel, Snow Goggles, and Eyewear. 
- Support and train sales coordinators and sales staff in SAP transactions and processes. 
- Work closely with SAP IT teams to trouble shoot, improve, and develop new transactions in SAP that support business initiatives. 
- Work closely with product & go-to-market teams to operationally set up and support product launches pre and post launch including deployment of sales samples. 


Oversee daily operations of a team of sales coordinators that support Oakley's outside sales rep force by providing customer service and support sales tools such as B2B ordering platform, Toolbox (54 Blue), Full Auto (Appian). Other job functions include:
- Manage display/fixture allocation and ordering for US Wholesale
- Provide data management of customer records for O-Matter (3point5 training platform). 
- Work closely with the Sales Operations Managers of Optics and Apparel to manage pre-book ordering, sales programs, and end of line/overstock ordering. 
- Provide training and onboarding for sales reps and sales support employees
- Develop training and resources guides for sales tools and processes


Sales Operations Lead

Led teams of 6-8 Customer Service Reps providing support to Oakley's ecommerce and telesales customers, dealers for suglasses, prescription glasses, apparel, goggles, watches and wearable electronics. Monitored schedules, offered assistance and coaching, handled escalated situations, conducted 1 on 1 meetings to drive employee performance, implemented motivational materials and competitions to drive team moral and performance. Participated in leadership meetings with fellow supervisors and managers offering suggestions and support of ongoing projects. 

Created and presented training to Customer Service Reps on products, systems, and processes for all divisions of the call center utilizing Powerpoint, Word, and PDF applications. Made major contributions to the creation of Oakley SI Customer Service training program and trained the first 3 new hire classes.

Customer Service Lead, Trainer, & Supervisor

Carried out barback and security duties for day to day operations as well as private and corporate events held at the venue. Also worked concerts for big name artists such as Citizen Cope and Tribal Seeds as well as the locally renowned SunDaze events featuring DJ's like Skrillex, Calvin Harris, and Steve Aoki.
