- Handled incoming calls from dealers and customer for orders and item details. Keeping up with ever changing product demand changes to products. - Having experience taking orders and extensive knowledge of products I overlooked all sales orders sent to the warehouse for processing to make sure product part numbers were correct, items ordered made sense for the build, items weren’t missing from order. Made calls to customers verify products ordered - Managed stock control and maintaining proper quantities on hand. Checking in product from fabricators for initial quality control and preparing items to head out for second stage of finishing(powder coat). Overseeing the QC process of the finished product to assure product was up to the high quality standards expected and demanded by our customers. - Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies to ensure proper delivery times and find most cost effective method to ship product. Making sure to contact customers after initial order and at time of shipping to check products on order and to add additional product before final shipmen (add on sales) - Planned and oversaw tasks in 4 different departments (component orders, wood fabrications, cabinets, shipping and packaging) to plan proper timeline to ship product and ensure that inventory items were properly built, packaged and stocked. Appraised results when work was completed in time and properly. We all worked as a team to maximize potential and output.
