<p>Teamwork-driven professional with experience in Product Development, Project Management and Global Supply Chain Procurement. Passionate about the intersection between product creation and sport, which inspired me to pursue a Master’s in Sports Product Management to gain an in-depth understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle.</p>

•Cofounded a running brand, Delante, and managed E2E creation of an innovative running jacket.
•Conducted consumer surveys, interviews, and focus groups to identify trends among consumers in the running market and within the industry.
•Executed a product brief to relay team’s vision and design plans for factory partner.
•Created the BOM and Component/Construction/Layering Callouts for team’s tech pack with Excel.

PRODUCT CREATION & APPAREL DEVELOPER                             

•Created a look-book and pricing-book consisting of seasonal product line plans for Merchandising team to be utilized for future buyer meetings and relationships.
•Merchandised showroom with seasonal product for line review meetings and buyer visits.
•Executed a product brief and tech pack for a seam-sealed jacket, highlighting vision and details.
•Collaborated cross-functionally with designers, pattern makers and sample machinists to translate tech pack into Proto I, Proto II, and Final Sample.
•Sourced materials, fabrics, and trims by liaising with suppliers, comparing quotes, and selecting cost-effective yet premium-quality options.
•Learned the E2E product creation cycle in a mass- manufacturing setting through rotations of all factory departments. 


Product Development and Merchandising Intern

•Directed the E2E completion of 7 multi-million dollar projects by utilizing organizational skills to ensure deadlines were completed on time and on budget.
•Managed the day-to-day activities of each project, solving cross-functional problems with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and our team of 6 crew members.
•Implemented construction management software, Buildertrend, streamlining the creation/management of estimates, invoices, budgets, schedules, and employee timecards. 
•Negotiated a contract with a single material supplier, saving a minimum of $15,000/year.


•Receives and reviews purchase requisitions in SAP, selects appropriate sources, and prepares and sends Request for Quotes.
•Analyzes quotes from suppliers, negotiates with suppliers to receive best price and schedule, and issues PO through SAP according to NGC standards.
•Manages supplier performance, as well as all active POs based on master list, to ensure parts and payments are received on time.
•Acts as liaison between supplier and NGC, provides customer support and resolves issues with delays, discontinuations, and defective products.
•Managerial duties include supervising 5 domestic suppliers and 3 international suppliers, training new employees on all tasks relevant to their position, and peer reviewing POs for the team to ensure compliance.
•Awarded 2019 "Top Performer" and appointed as International Team Lead.


Global Supply Chain Procurement Specialist

Material Analyst

•Merchandises the private showroom and hires/trains several sets of interns in handling incoming stock and shipments, pulling and organizing product for entertainers and influencers, and assisting in seeding new products.  
•Coordinates the office’s and executives’ schedules, appointments, meetings, and events.
•Acts as POC for all office maintenance, IT, shipping, equipment, and other issues. 
•Assists with various EIM seedings, leads showroom visits of top tier talent/celebrities, and executes SAP orders for adidas ambassadors.
•Sets up vendors into accounting system and tracks/pays invoices for all team’s partnerships.  


Global Entertainment & Influencer Marketing (EIM) – Showroom and Office Manager

Identifies emerging trends in fashion, music, sports, and overall entertainment in order to pull product for the seeding of adidas’ ambassadors and host ambassadors for in-person showroom visits.
