Successfully managed all design/development/fit aspects involved with Klim/Polaris lifestyle programs, from concept to consumer. Responsible for Klim USA apparel program containing styles for off-road, motorcycle, and snow categories, in addition to Polaris Snow, RZR, and Slingshot casuals. *Created original design ideas for consideration of approval by Design Director. After design approval, responsible for the development, sourcing, cost, detailed tech pack, BOM, vendor communication, blank and/or material selection, fit, and all trim development for each style. *Coordinated materials, colors, and concepts with Design Director for each brand to ensure a cohesive brand image was being achieved style by style.
Achievements * Tripled apparel SKU sales in just one year at KLIM * Helped Polaris apparel program gain back brand market share through standardizing fit patterns and offering more on-trend colors & designs. Increasing sales from previous season of 600k to 1.2M

Responsible for development of all product categories in Slippery Wetsuits line including wetsuits, swimwear, life vests, backpacks, and apparel for men, women, and youth styles. Assisted ThorMX and Z1R Racing with development of jerseys, gloves, helmets, leather riding jackets/pants, and apparel goods. Directed annual marketing budget for Slippery Wetsuits. Succesfully managed pro athletes on Slippery team providing support where needed. Traveled trade shows & AMA circuit, booth set-up/break down, reviewed new product line with existing and potential dealers while working with reps on selling strategies and technical product features.
Achievements *Created deal with ABC to have contestants wear Slippery gear on TV show "Wipeout" at no cost. *Increased International business by 60% through opening 3 new key distributor accounts *Reduced cost of all wetsuits by $2.20 (10-20%) along with reduced shipping costs, achieved through a small revision in packaging design.
