In this role, I accelerated business revenue and growth annually through product development leadership, client relationship development, direct sales, online marketing and sales, and trade shows.

One of my top accomplishments in this role is that I generated high client retention and satisfaction by proactively resolving issues. I also achieved win-win, cost-effective agreements with our supply vendors through assertive negotiations and vendor relationship building. I furthermore drove compliance with safety standards and production regulations. I managed a $500K to a $3M budget while in this role. A few of my other successes in this position include:
? I boosted sales from $250K to $1.5M annually pre-COVID and to $5M annually post-COVID by introducing profitable mask manufacturing and sales.
? I reduced the company’s manufacturing and production costs exponentially in one year by halting work with distributors to focus less on trade shows and more on wholesale account. I applied our trade show and sales team budget to online marketing and new product development at a time when online shopping/ Amazon was becoming increasingly popular.
? I enhanced the company’s market penetration and reach in four years by forging effective distribution channels in parts of Europe, Japan, and South Korea over span of one to two years, as well as quarterbacking future-forward international marketing efforts.
? I trimmed the company’s lead times down to zero in six months for wallets manufactured in China by shifting manufacturing to the USA.
?	I developed a manufacturing plant, mastered the process of making wallets from scratch by working with the original designers, and brought machinery to manufacture the line in-house.
?	I sourced and hired 20 employees. I also hired a project manager to lead the team and help automate processes.
?	I secured a distributor in South Korea who was specifically searching for a made-in-USA brand to sell.
