• Worked 4 week private event for Shaun White’s "covert opperation" half-pipe in Australia.
• Directly communicated with Shaun, coach, media, and Snowpark Technology for best placement and exposure for all GoPro branding.

• Created a comfortable environment for Shaun and coaches to review video footage to insure trick execution.
• Worked directly with Shaun keeping moral high to stay focused and motivated on the ultimate goal of landing a
new trick.

• Activation manager for all events including : Street League, Mavrick’s, Supercross, Motocross, Sea Otter Classic,
Vail World Championships, Summer and Winter X-Games, AFCA Coaches Convention, Bass Master Classic.                                         • MC for GoPro tier 1 activations, creating leads, “keeping the STOKE” and GoPro Giveaways.
• Coordinate GoPro athlete signings at activation.
• Daily operations, set up, break down, transportation, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Data collection and editing for weekly reports .

Marketing Manager

• Lead with strategic oversight and management of the Event Car scheduling based on consumer focus and outcome.
• Responsible for keeping the vehicle in top operational condition under all terms of safety and efficiency, assuring, to the best of driver’s ability and excluding circumstances beyond driver control, 100% reliability – perfect brand appearance, clean exterior and interior, no break-downs including cleaning and annual servicing.
• ECO drives the vehicle, as well as sets up interior and external equipment. S/he is able to entertain with background music and showing moving images from the Red Bull world. (DJ/MC skills are appreciated but not mandatory, as s/he is not the main act).
• ECO briefs event organizers/DJs/speakers about the usage and possibilities of the vehicle and its equipment by steadily adding fresh ideas and unique solutions.
• ECO is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits for the usage of the vehicle during all its activities in compliance with all DOT requirements and responsibilities.
• ECO administrates the usage of the vehicle and is in constant contact with direct manager (BeCore) and key members of BU (sport, culture, consumer-collecting and on-premise teams).
• ECO assures optimal usage of the vehicle at events or relevant activities as outlined by BeCore and BU.
• ECO regularly reports to her/his direct manager and is responsible for the global event vehicle knowledge/experience exchange via the Sports Net Event Vehicle Team Room.
• ECO is responsible for having enough chilled products (Red Bull cans) and up-to-date marketing tools (moving images, event flyers, sampling leaflets, sports brochures, Media House information etc.) on board for each event.
• ECO sets up a network among Red Bull internal and external contacts to increase visibility and usage of the event vehicle.
• ECO is challenged with seeking out new and fresh project ideas/opportunities. (Driver of Innovation!
 

Red Bull Event Car Operator 

Daily ops management and upkeep of tents, generators, sound, and anything else deemed necessary
Member of daily operations team, set up, breakdown, transportation and infrastructure maintenance
Member of the MSI truck and trailer team for on road management of vehicles (tire pressure, oil changes, etc..) for the BMF and Open.
Media management:  Taking, Collecting and editing activation pictures and/or any other media for BMF and US Open Sponsor Village reporting as well as for any
marketing initiatives (including facebook, twitter, etc..)
Assist with Post Ride Party (times shown on Schedule – 1 per weekend) whenever needed.
Assist with demo product Daily Inventory (morning and night), and scan system as needed.
Assist with Giveaway Product, Jam Product, Party Product, and Partner Product for which MSI is responsible
Assist all partners with their load in on set-up day. Assist all partners with their breakdown at the end of weekend load out.
Assist with Burton Pro-Test needs as requested.
